Yogurt Dip with Cucumber and Dill

A fresh and refreshing dip, ideal as a side for meze dishes or vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g strained yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the strained yogurt with the grated cucumber and garlic.
  2. Add the olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Serve with pita bread, bread, or vegetables.
