Rokos Farm is a family-owned farm with deep roots in the Greek countryside, specifically in Epirus, dedicated to dairy cattle farming and the production of pure dairy products, with an emphasis on traditional yogurt.

In 1992, the family relocated the farm and its operations to the fertile valley west of Thessaloniki. Set in a lush green environment, our farm combines its rich heritage with modern practices, offering products that stand out.

With respect for tradition and our values, we have developed a farm that serves as a benchmark in dairy production.

The milk is collected daily with care and hygiene, using modern equipment that preserves its purity and nutritional value. The collection and storage process strictly follows quality standards, ensuring that the milk remains fresh and pure until it is transformed into yogurt.
Our yogurt is produced based on traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. We use only natural ingredients, without additives or preservatives. The fermentation process takes place naturally, giving our yogurt its unique taste and rich texture.
We apply management systems that ensure every product reaching the consumer meets strict hygiene and quality specifications.

At Rokos Farm, quality assurance is a fundamental principle at every stage of our production. From the rearing of our cows to the final packaging of our products, we strictly adhere to high standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring the purity, freshness, and nutritional value of every product.

For our production line, we have developed and implemented a Food Safety Management System, certified in accordance with the ISO 22000:2005 standard and compliant with the principles of HACCP. In this way, we fully ensure the hygiene, safety, and quality of our products.
