Yogurt, Banana and Berry Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie, ideal for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g strained yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based drink
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a glass and enjoy immediately.
