Strained yogurt works excellently as a marinade, helping to tenderize the meat and enhance its flavor.
Ingredients:
- 200 g strained yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
- Mix the yogurt with the spices, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) and leave it in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
