Chicken and Yogurt Salad

A light and nutritious salad that can be served as a main meal.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g strained yogurt
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dill or parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh vegetables of your choice (e.g., lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt with the mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken and mix well.
  3. Serve the salad with the fresh vegetables and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
